Welcome, I’m Rochelle

I am a conscious practitioner, Internationally Accredited, and Certified through EFTi with “Trauma Informed” training.  I use Clinical, evidence-based EFT to tap into the body's somatic wisdom and process traumatic memories at the nervous system level.

I view it as a sacred task to hold a compassionate space where clients feel safe to trust me with their inner life. Throught the gentle efficient effects of EFT, I help uncover the protective patterns running in the background (the subconscious) to release the associated traumas, phobias, emotional eating, physical pain, and more so they can reclaim the HIGHEST EXPRESSION of their AUTHENTIC SELF and create a fulfilling life of meaning, joy, and purpose.

CLINICAL EFT is a self-help technique that is evidence-based and drug-free. EFT can improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It can be used as daily first aid IN THE MOMENT to help you calm down, bring clarity, and improve performance. On a DEEPER LEVEL, with a certified practitioner, EFT processes past traumas, uncovers and releases limiting beliefs and blocks that keep us stuck. EFT is also often referred to as "tapping" because it involves tapping on acupressure points on the face and upper body while focusing on difficult thoughts and feelings.

Often referred to as “energy psychology” (an umbrella term for the Emotional Freedom Techniques), EFT combines elements of cognitive behaviour, somatic, and acupressure therapies to rewire the brain by stimulating various pressure points, sending calming signals to the amygdala (the part of the brain responsible for survival), telling us we are safe.

In over 320 clinical trials, energy psychology has been shown

to deliver significant improvements across a wide

range of psychological and physiological conditions.

When we are triggered by perceived danger, our amygdala activates the fight/flight/freeze/fawn response to help us cope and survive in the situation. Emotions aren’t good or bad but a guidance system instead that helps us to adapt and thrive. We can improve our EMOTIONAL AGILITY when we connect with our values which allows us to move forward. EFT reduces EMOTIONAL RIGIDITY which is living on “autopilot”, listening to the negative narrative in our head. Adaptive states may have been helpful in the past, but when we are stuck in fight/flight/freeze/fawn states on a constant basis, our physical and/or emotional health may be compromised.

  • What Can EFT Be Used For?

    EFT is for when our behaviours, thoughts, emotions and health are out of synch with what is actually happening. EFT can take us from re-living the past to re-telling it as just something that happened.

  • How Does EFT Work?

    Studies show that stimulating certain acupressure points can "deactivate" the hyper-aroused limbic system by communicating directly with the fight/flight/freeze/fawn part of the brain (amygdala).

  • How To Do EFT

    We harness neuroplasticity when tapping is paired with difficult memories or emotions ( trigger), to deactivate the charge and rewire the brain experiencing calm and increased health and wellbeing.
