How to Empower Your Life Using EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has transformed my life over the last many years as well as  countless clients. This technique isn't just about tapping on acupressure points; it's about tapping into your inner power to lead a life of true empowerment.

EFT helped me uncover my own power within.  Something that I had lost over the decades of “living the rate race of life”.  Empowerment begins with recognizing the incredible power that resides within you. Often, we underestimate our potential and let self-doubt cloud our vision. EFT is a bridge to connect with your inner strength and wisdom.

Self compassion is not only a foundational part of EFT but key to the “Reclamation Journey”.  Accept yourself just as you are right here, right now by being kind to yourself, acknowledging your challenges and imperfections, without the constant pressure to push yourself to work harder or faster when your  inner wisdom is telling you otherwise. It's okay to have struggles, it’s ok to slow down, it’s imperative to rest and replenish.  This is all part of the human experience.  We are not robots here to compete, perform and accomplish to “check all the boxes” our culture dictates.

Empowerment requires intention. We can’t go anywhere if we don’t know where we want to go. What do you want to change in your life? What does a more empowered version of yourself look like? Setting clear intentions will guide your EFT practice in the right direction.

Through EFT sessions you will learn to use the Tapping Points and how to create your own Tapping Sequences  to release emotional blockages and energetic disturbances. This is a lifelong tool you can use daily anywhere and anytime with results in minutes! Without the use of drugs.  Consistency is the key to unlocking your inner power. Dedicate time daily to practice tapping. Follow your scripts while focusing on the emotions tied to your challenges. As you tap, stay mindful and present in the moment.

It's rewarding to look back on your journey to see how you’ve grown and evolved over time.  Keep a journal to track your progress. Document the shifts you notice in your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Celebrate your successes and learn from your experiences, no matter how small they may seem. Every step forward is a victory.

Since prehistoric age, humans are wired for community and connection.  We don’t thrive well in life without it.  Empowerment thrives in community and support. Maintaining practice with a certified EFT practitioner or joining an EFT Tapping Circle or connect with friends to share about your journey and learn from each other. It’s incredibly enriching.

Living a more empowered life is a continuous journey, not a destination. Be patient with yourself and persist in your EFT practice. Understand that transformation takes time, but with each tap, you're one step closer to your empowered self.

EFT is a potent tool that, when combined with self-compassion and intention, can help you unlock your inner power. Empowerment isn't about becoming someone else; it's about embracing the Truth of Who You Are and living a life aligned with your deepest desires.

As you embark on this journey of empowerment, know that all the answers and power lie within you right now. EFT is simply a means to help you access it. Embrace the practice, trust in yourself, and witness the transformation that unfolds. Your empowered life awaits – tap into it!
